Portable baseball and softball dugouts
The Euro Series is the same aluminum shelter whether you put it on a soccer touchline or a baseline. For baseball and softball, most programs run the ES-16 (10 players) or ES-20 (13 players) and order a pair for home and visitor. It's a wheeled baseball dugout: it rolls on 8.5" rubber wheels, so you can pull it off the field for maintenance or tournaments, and it ships with ground anchors for game days.
What an aluminum softball dugout costs. The ES-16 is $12,723 and the ES-20 is $15,045 in mill finish; a home-and-visitor pair of ES-16s is $25,446 before options and freight. Powder coat in your colors and graphics on the back are add-ons you price in the builder above.
Team shelter vs. dugout: what's the difference?
A permanent dugout is a structure built into the field. A team shelter is a manufactured unit that sits on the sideline or baseline and can move. The Euro Series is the second kind: an aluminum frame with tinted polycarbonate panels and a built-in bench, on wheels, anchored for play. That means no site construction on your field, a published price, and a unit you can roll somewhere else next season.

How many players fit in a team shelter?+
ES-8 seats 5, ES-12 seats 8, ES-16 seats 10, ES-20 seats 13, ES-24 seats 16. Plan for your full substitute bench plus 2–3 coaching staff. College soccer programs most often choose the ES-16 or ES-20.
Is a portable baseball dugout the same as a team shelter?+
Yes. The Euro Series is one unit whether you call it a team shelter, sideline shelter, player shelter or portable baseball dugout. Baseball and softball programs usually choose the ES-16 or ES-20 and order a pair for home and visitor. It rolls on integrated wheels, so most schools move it off the field for maintenance and tournaments rather than building a permanent dugout.
What's the difference between mill finish and powder coat?+
Mill finish is the bare aluminum finish and it is standard: it's what the published prices include. Powder coat is a baked-on color finish you add in the builder, priced by size. Once you add it, any color costs the same; send a RAL code or Pantone reference and we match it. The bench is powder coated in RAL 7004 Signal Gray as standard, and you can color it too. Graphics on the back panel are a separate add-on.
How much does an aluminum team shelter or softball dugout cost?+
The ES-8 starts at $9,895 and the ES-24 is $16,964, mill finish. The builder on this page gives the full number as you choose size, finish and graphics. No form, no callback. Freight is quoted separately. If you buy through a dealer, the dealer's price is the one that counts.
Are your shelters portable or permanent?+
Portable, and secured for play. Every Euro Series shelter has integrated wheels and ships with ground anchors.
How long does a shelter take to arrive, and do you ship outside the Southeast?+
Standard lead time is 4–6 weeks. We ship nationwide and to Canada; freight is quoted separately. You or a local contractor handle setup.
What does the warranty cover?+
Three years on materials and workmanship, handled directly by the Shelby, NC shop that built it.
