Can one purchase order cover equipment for multiple sports?+

Absolutely. Most athletic directors order shelters for multiple fields on a single PO. Our Euro Series shelters work for soccer, baseball, lacrosse, and field hockey — same product, different field. We can quote a multi-sport package with volume pricing and ship everything together.

How do schools typically fund multi-sport equipment purchases?+

Most programs use annual facilities budgets, capital improvement funds, or booster club donations. Multi-sport purchases often qualify for larger capital budget lines since they serve the entire athletic program. At about $660/year per shelter over 15 years, it's one of the easiest facility upgrades to justify.

What's the lead time from order to delivery?+

Standard lead time is 4-6 weeks for shelters, backstops, and press boxes. Batter's eye projects are design-through-install — we handle field measurement, fabrication, and installation, so timelines vary by project scope. We can often accommodate rush orders on standard products — call to discuss your timeline.

Do you work with state procurement contracts or cooperative purchasing?+

Yes. We work with schools and municipalities through various state contract vehicles and cooperative purchasing agreements. Contact us with your procurement requirements and we'll help you navigate the process.

What's included in the 3-year warranty?+

Our warranty covers materials and workmanship on all structural components — aluminum frames, polycarbonate panels, hardware, and powder-coat finishing. Normal wear items like netting are covered for 1 year. We handle warranty claims directly from our own North Carolina facility.
