Euro Series aluminum team shelter, mill finish

Football Field Equipment

Football sidelines, press boxes and film towers — built in North Carolina.

High school and college football sideline shelters from Pitch Equipment are aluminum-framed Euro Series units with rigid tinted polycarbonate panels, a built-in bench and wheels standard, in five lengths from 8' to 24' that seat 5 to 16. Published prices run from $9,895 (ES-8) to $16,964 (ES-24) in mill finish, and they ship nationwide and to Canada in 4–6 weeks.

For game film, the ProView is a 10' press box, and the SpotView + FT-10 puts the FT-10 film tower on the end of a 4' press box. Built in Shelby, North Carolina, since 1994.

Euro Series ES-16 aluminum team shelter, mill finish

Sideline shelters for football

A football sideline is long and the bench area is crowded, so most programs cover it with more than one shelter rather than one big structure. The Euro Series is the same unit at every length — same aluminum frame, same panels, same bench — so you can line up two or three and price them on one order. Rigid polycarbonate panels block wind and rain the way a fabric canopy can't, and you can still see the field through them. Wheels are standard: roll the shelters out for game night and back to storage after.

  • Rigid tinted polycarbonate panels — not a fabric canopy
  • Aluminum frame; mill finish standard, powder coat in your colors as an add-on
  • Built-in aluminum bench with backrest
  • 8.5" rubber wheels standard; ground anchors included
  • Five lengths, 8'–24', seats 5–16
  • Optional graphics on the back panel, facing the stands

Above the play for football game film

For game film and practice footage, most programs want 8–10 feet of viewing height — enough to shoot over the play instead of through it. We build two ways to get there, and they're different products:

  • ProView — 10' press box, $29,499 (quote). The tallest press box in the line, alongside SpotView (4') and FieldView (6'). High enough to film over the play. Replaces a rented scissor lift or the top row of the bleachers. See the ProView.
  • SpotView + FT-10 — press box with a film tower on the end, $37,203. Your clock and announcer work from the 4' deck; the camera goes up the FT-10. One unit, one footprint. Build it.

Both roll on casters, and the optional tow kit lets a utility vehicle pull them between the stadium and the practice field.

The longer read is portable vs permanent film towers. Shelter sizing, finish and anchoring are in the team shelter guide.

FieldView aluminum press box, 6-foot deck

Press boxes for the clock, spotter and announcer

If you don't need to film, you need a deck to work from. The SpotView (4', $20,999) puts your crew above the bench; the FieldView (6', $26,999) clears a standing crowd along the near sideline. Add a canvas or plexiglass enclosure, banners, the Announcer's Package or power in the builder.

Football sideline questions

What size sideline shelter does a football team need?

Size by how many people need cover at the same time, not by roster. Each Euro Series length seats a set number: ES-8 seats 5, ES-12 seats 8, ES-16 seats 10, ES-20 seats 13 and ES-24 seats 16. Football sidelines usually take more than one unit; two ES-24s seat 32.

How much do football sideline shelters cost?

Published prices run from $9,895 for the ES-8 to $16,964 for the ES-24 in mill finish. Powder coat and back-panel graphics are add-ons priced in the builder on /team-shelters. Freight is quoted separately.

Are wheels standard, and how is the shelter secured in wind?

Yes, 8.5" rubber wheels come on every Euro Series shelter, and ground anchors are included to secure it for games.

Rigid panels or fabric — what's the difference?

The Euro Series uses rigid tinted polycarbonate panels on an aluminum frame. A fabric canopy can flap, sag or tear in wind; rigid panels hold their shape, keep rain off the bench and still let you see the field.

How high should a football film tower be?

For game film and practice footage, most programs want 8–10 feet of viewing height. The ProView is a 10' press box you can film from. The SpotView + FT-10 adds the FT-10 film tower to a 4' press box.

Is the ProView the same as the SpotView + FT-10?

No. The ProView is a 10' press box ($29,499, quoted directly). The SpotView + FT-10 is a 4' press box with the FT-10 film tower on its end ($37,203 in the builder).

Where can I get spec drawings?

Spec sheets for each shelter size and for the SV-4 and FV-6 press boxes are on the site: /team-shelters/specs/es-16 (and es-8, es-12, es-20, es-24), /press-boxes/specs/sv-4 and /press-boxes/specs/fv-6.

How long does it take, and do you ship to us?

Standard lead time is 4–6 weeks. We ship nationwide and to Canada; freight is quoted separately. Your crew or a local contractor sets it up.
